I decided to stop drinking alcohol at the beginning of the month in an attempt to lose a little weight, improve my sleep, and see if it would help reduce my migraines. I first tried substituting kombucha when I wanted something tasty to drink, but there was so much sugar it wasn’t helping me work toward my weight loss goals or reduce headaches. LaCroix was not satisfying enough.
I decided to try this Sobrietea to see if it might be the golden ticket. I love it! The flavor is so good, just the right combo of mint and lemon. I think I can taste the licorice root, but it is not overpowering to the flavor. It gives me something tasty when I’m craving a drink and is super relaxing.

The packaging is attractive and cute, love the name, the flavor is really nice – a good balance between the lemon and mint. I like that it has a hint of sweetness to it, possibly from the licorice root. I love that it’s USDA organic and made in the US – so important. I’m familiar with many of the herbs that you’ve included in the tea and think that you’ve put together a supportive, healing blend. I have felt a relaxing effect from drinking it at night. I’ve slept well the nights i’ve had it. I also felt a bit less anxious and more grounded the last few days, which might be in part from the tea. I assume the effect of the tea is cumulative over time, is that right? Where do you source your herbs from, if you don’t sharing?
